The delivery team will contact you 24–48 hours before the scheduled delivery to arrange a time window convenient for you.

- Ideal for high-value, oversized, or unique pieces requiring extra care
- Delivery team brings the item into your home
- Unpacking, inspection, and removal of packaging materials included
- Placement in the room of your choice; basic assembly if needed
- Scheduling ensures you are present to receive and inspect the item

- Ensure the item fits through your doorways, hallways, elevators, or stairwells
- Does not include plumbing or electrical installation
- Stairs, walk-ups, or hard-to-access locations may incur surcharges
