How do I make a purchase on the site?
- Select the Category at the top of the page or type the specific product name in the “search” icon to go directly to what you’re looking for.
- Choose the desired item and click “Add to Cart.” After adding all the items you want, it’s time to complete your purchase.
- Log in to your account or, if you haven’t created one yet, check out as a guest.
- Enter your address, payment method, and delivery method along with delivery details/specifications to complete the order.
- That’s it! We will confirm your order and prepare it with great care, sending you regular updates on the shipping status.
Can I order via email, Facebook, or Instagram?
Absolutely! Our team will be happy to help you through that process.
Can I cancel or change a Bazar Mondiale order?
Yes. Sometimes it’s possible to cancel certain products before we prepare your order. You just need to go to “Orders & Returns” or click here if you placed your order as a guest. You cannot add new items to an existing order, but you can always start a new one. For more info, see our Return & Refund Policy.
Free Delivery
This service is provided by shipping companies. Delivery is scheduled in advance with the customer, and the order is delivered to the main entrance of the building or house. This method does not include assembly or disassembly. It is available if your order exceeds 80 kg, or if the sum of height, width, and length of one of the packages exceeds 300 cm.
NOTE: Whenever the item is available (shipment within 24 hours), delivery will be made within an approximate period of 8 days. (Excludes islands and other countries.)
Delivery & Assembly
This service is carried out by companies specializing in furniture transport. Delivery is done by technicians (scheduled in advance with the customer). We will take your order to the room of your choice by the date indicated on the product page. The carrier will contact you to arrange the delivery date and time. This method does not include assembly or disassembly. It is mandatory if your order exceeds 80 kg, or if any product is over 80 kg, or if the sum of height, width, and length of a package exceeds 300 cm. The cost varies depending on the total order value. This shipping method is not yet available in all countries/territories, but you can always contact the Bazar Mondiale team for clarifications or special requests.
White Glove - Premium turnkey Delivery
A specialized furniture transport company will handle the installation and assembly of the items in your order, leaving the space free of packaging materials. Delivery is done by two people (scheduled in advance with the customer). We will bring your order to the room of your choice. The carrier will contact you to arrange the delivery date and time. The two-person team will leave the order where you want it. For safety reasons, no holes will be drilled in the wall or ceiling.More on Shipping Methods
- For orders over €2,000, White Glove and Home Plus costs will be quoted separately.
- Upon delivery, please check product conformity, packaging integrity, and confirm that the number of packages matches the shipping note. If you notice any issue, write “Accepted with reservation” on the delivery note and specify the reason.
- The Home Plus and White Glove services must be requested by clicking at checkout. Within 24/48 hours, our staff will contact you via email to finalize scheduling.
- Home Plus and Algodão Branco services are only valid previous contact.Message us on What’s Up now.
- Home Plus Delivery
- This is our standard delivery method. Delivery will not be scheduled and the item will be placed directly by your curb. Delivery will be attempted 3 times in succession, on business days only.
- White Glove Delivery
- White glove delivery is a special delivery service, quoted upon request, which includes multiple benefits, such as removal of packaging materials, inspection, transportation inside the house and to the desired room, and assembly of the product if needed.
- The carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to the delivery date to schedule a convenient drop-off window, usually between 2 and 4 hours wide.
- Please note the following:
- - make sure the item will fit through any doorways, hallways, stairwells, or elevators;
- - a signature is required at delivery;
- - the delivery team will not perform plumbing or electrical installations.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
You can purchase without registering. However, creating an account lets you:

- Save your details so you don’t have to re-enter them each time,

In which currency can I buy?
The transaction currency is determined by the delivery address before checkout. However, if you use payment methods like PayPal or Klarna, these providers automatically handle currency conversion.
When is my card charged?
If you pay by debit/credit card or PayPal, Bazar Mondiale will charge the amount when you place your order.

Bazar Mondiale is working to offer the option for customers to reserve design pieces. Stay tuned for updates.
Image vs. Reality
Because Bazar Mondiale sells items from various artisan brands—where rustic and natural material qualities are part of each model—some images, measurements, and colors (as well as their names) are merely indicative. What you see on-screen can vary due to factors such as monitor calibration, ambient light, viewing angle, etc. If you require precise details, please consult our technical service, as returns based on technical reasons are the customer’s responsibility.
When will I receive my product, and how do I track my order?
After your order is confirmed, we will dispatch it within 3–7 business days. Delivery may take 2–14 days, depending on location, product/stock, and the chosen delivery method. If you made separate purchases at Bazar Mondiale, you might receive products on different days.
Tracking information and estimated delivery dates are provided as soon as our logistics partners share them.
How do I return my product?
Here is the return procedure:
- Go to “Orders & Returns” if you have an account. If you bought as a guest, click here – you’ll need to send us the order tracking number and your email.
- Select the order you want to return and click “Return item(s).”
- Choose the product(s) and the reason for return.
- Place each product you’re returning into the original box.
- Prepare the package, attaching the Bazar Mondiale dispatch document on the outside.
Does my order have to be returned in its original box?
We recommend returning items in their original box. If that’s not possible, please find a suitable box that fits the items so they arrive in perfect condition. Returned items must have no damage or signs of use. Include all accompanying papers, along with a note explaining the reason for return.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are usually processed via the same payment method used for purchase and typically take around 10 business days, depending on the payment provider’s processing time.
Can I return a customized item?
We do not accept returns/refunds for custom-made products, as they are produced specifically to your taste and specifications.
What does it cost to return an item?
If you choose to return your order via mail or courier, the return shipping costs and choice of carrier are your responsibility.
How will I be refunded for a returned item?
Your money will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase or via bank transfer if you paid using a “multibanco” reference.
My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
If you receive an item damaged by the carrier, you have 24 hours from the delivery date to file a claim by sending photographs showing the damage to order@bazarmondiale.com.
After this period, Bazar Mondiale is not responsible for any damage that may have occurred during transport.
