1.1 These Terms apply to all visitors of the Site and to all commercial transactions carried out through the online store at www.bazarmondiale.com.
1.2 BAZAR MONDIALE operates in compliance with applicable European Union and Portuguese laws. By using the Site or purchasing products, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2.2 The products and services are available only in the countries indicated on the Site and are subject to availability and applicable law.
3. Registration & Account
3.1 To purchase products, you may register for an account on the Site. During registration, you must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 We may refuse registration or suspend an account if we suspect any violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Product Information & Pricing
4.1 Product descriptions, prices, promotions, and discounts are displayed on the product detail pages. While we strive for accuracy, there may be typographical errors or inaccuracies.
4.2 All prices include the applicable VAT rate (currently 23%). If you are an authorized business for intra-community transactions, VAT may not be applied as per applicable laws. Shipping, handling, and any additional services (e.g., White-Glove delivery) are charged separately.
4.3 Prices may change at any time, but the price applicable to your order will be that in effect at the time of order submission.
4.4 In the event of a pricing error or data entry mistake, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
4.5 Product images are for illustrative purposes only. There may be slight variations in color, size, and finish.
5. Orders & Contract Formation
5.1 To place an order, add the desired product(s) to your cart, proceed to checkout, review your order, and submit it. By submitting your order, you confirm that all information provided is correct.
5.2 Once we receive your order, we will send an automatic confirmation email. This email is not an acceptance of the order but a confirmation of receipt.
5.3 The contract of sale is concluded when we send a subsequent order confirmation email or when the product is shipped.
5.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time, including in cases of incorrect pricing, inability to fulfill an order, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.
5.5 Special or customized products (e.g., made-to-order items) cannot be canceled once production has started. Such orders are non-refundable.
6. Payment Methods

7. Shipping & Delivery
7.1 Available shipping methods and their estimated delivery times depend on product size, fragility, and destination. We may offer:
- Standard Delivery (Parcel)
- Front-Door Delivery (Freight)
- White-Glove Delivery (In-Home Assembly)
7.2 Handling time (5–10 days) is required to prepare items for shipment and is not included in the transit time.
7.3 Standard Delivery: Used for smaller, non-fragile items shipped via parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL). Tracking may be available. Signature may be required.
7.4 Front-Door Delivery (Freight): Used for international or large/fragile items. Items may be crated. Delivery is to the building entrance. No unpacking or assembly included.
7.5 White-Glove Delivery: Premium service includes indoor placement, unpacking, assembly (if applicable), and removal of packaging. Additional costs and lead times may apply. You must ensure the item fits through doorways, hallways, stairs, or elevators.
7.6 Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days. Delays due to customs, logistical issues, or force majeure events may occur, and BAZAR MONDIALE is not liable for such delays.
7.7 If a product arrives damaged, note the damage on the carrier’s document and contact us within 24 hours with photographs at order@bazarmondiale.com.
7.8 If delivery is impossible after 90 business days due to reasons attributable to us, we will refund the amount paid using the same method of payment.
8. Returns & Refunds
8.1 Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK Customers):
You may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us in writing within the 14-day period. Return costs are borne by you unless stated otherwise. Products must be returned in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Refunds will be made within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
8.2 Exclusions:
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged in transit.
8.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If an item is damaged upon arrival or not as described, note the damage with the carrier and report it within 24 hours. Keep original packaging and provide photographs. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
8.4 Returns without a proper claim number or identification may be refused.
9. Warranty
9.1 Products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects under applicable consumer laws. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, modifications, or damage due to negligence.
9.2 If a product is found defective under warranty, contact order@bazarmondiale.com. We may repair or replace the product at our discretion, without charge. If the product arrives with damages due to installation or misuse, the warranty is void.

12.2 The competent court for any dispute arising from these Terms shall be the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer within the EU/EEA, in accordance with applicable law.
