• How do I make a purchase on the site?

    1. Choose the Category at the top of the page or type in the specific product in the “search” icon to go directly to what you want;
    2. Choose the item you want and click on add to cart. Once you’ve added all the items you want to your cart, it’s time to complete your purchase;
    3. Log in to your account or, if you haven’t created one yet, complete the purchase as a guest.
    4. Enter your address, payment method and delivery method along with the delivery details/specifications in order to complete the order;
    5. That’s it – we’ll confirm your order and it will be lovingly prepared for shipment to you, with constant updates on the status of the shipment.

  • Yes. it is sometimes possible to cancel some products before we prepare your order. All you have to do is go to “Orders & Returns”, orclick here if you placed the order without an account.     • Free Delivery

    This service is provided by transport companies. The delivery is made by appointment, defined with the customer and the order is delivered to the address provided, at the main door of the building or house. This method does not include assembly or disassembly. It is available if your order exceeds 80 kg, or if the sum of the height, width and length of one of the packages exceeds 300 cm.

    NOTE: Whenever the item is available (24-hour dispatch), delivery will be made within approximately 8 days. (Excludes islands and other countries)

    • Shipping & Assembly

    This service is carried out by companies specializing in furniture transport. Delivery is made by technicians (with an appointment previously defined with the customer). We will take your order to the room in the house you want, on the date indicated on the product sheet. The courier will contact you to arrange the day and time of delivery. This method does not include assembly or disassembly. It is compulsory if your order exceeds 80 kg, or if any of the products exceeds 80 kg or if the sum of the height, width and length of one of the packages exceeds 300 cm. The cost is variable depending on the total value of the order. This shipping method is not yet available in all countries/territories, but you can always contact the Bazar Mondiale team for clarification and eventualities.

    White Cotton

    A company specializing in furniture transport will take care of installing and assembling the items in your order, leaving the space clean of packaging. Delivery is made by two people (by appointment with the client). We’ll take your order to the room in the house you want. The courier will contact you to arrange the day and time of delivery. The two people will take care of leaving the package wherever you want. For safety reasons, no holes will be drilled in the wall or ceiling.

    • Upon delivery, check the conformity and condition of the items, the integrity of the packaging and that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the waybill. If you notice any inconsistencies, write on the waybill “Accepted with reservation” and specify the cause.
    • Home Plus and White Cotton Service, you have to request it by clicking at the time of Checkout of the purchase, within 24/48 hours you will be contacted by our staff via email where you will ask you some questions so that we can prepare and schedule the service.

  • The transaction currency is determined by the delivery address before finalizing the purchase, however using Paypal, Klarma, these providers automatically convert the currency.

  • Due to the fact that Bazar Mondiale and presents several Artisanal Brands, where the rustic and natural appearance and essence of the materials exists and differentiates these models, in some cases, the images, measurements and colors, as well as their names, are merely indicative. Everything you see on the screen can change for a variety of reasons, including the screen calibration, ambient light, viewing angle, etc. If the customer knows this data in detail, they should consult our technical service, as returns for technical reasons are the responsibility of the customer.

  • When do I receive my product and how do I track my order?

  • Once your order has been confirmed, we will dispatch it within 3-7 working days. Delivery can take between 2-14 days, depending on the location, the product/stock used and the delivery method chosen. If you have made separate purchases at Bazar Mondiale, you will receive the products on different days.

    Tracking information and the estimated delivery date will be will always be provided as soon as the logistics partners provide it.

  • How do I return my product?

  • Here is the return procedure:

    1. Go to “Orders & Returns” if you have an account. If you bought as a guest click here – you’ll need to send us the tracking number of the order and your email address
    2. Select the order you want to return and click ‘Return item(s)’.
    3. Select the product(s) along with the reason for the return.
    4. Put each product you are returning in its original box
    5. Prepare your package by attaching the dispatch document from Bazar Mondiale on the outside

  • Does my order have to be sent in the box?

  • We recommend returning the items in the original box, but if you are unable to do so, please find a box that fits the items so that the items are returned in perfect condition. When returned, the items must not show any damage or marks of use. I enclose all the papers that have been enclosed, as well as a sheet explaining the reason for the return.

  • When do I get my refund?

  • Refunds are most often resolved through the same payment method as the purchase and will normally take 10 working days, depending on how long the payment entity used takes.

  • Can I return a personalized item?

  • We do not accept returns/refunds on customized products, as these pieces have been specially produced to your specifications and taste.

  • What is the cost of returning the item?

  • If you wish to return your order by post or courier, the cost of the return and choice of courier will be borne by the customer.
